Always fantastic service and the flowers are spectacular. I accidentally ordered a bouquet from another online service for my wife's b-day and they were horrible. Very small for the price (I ordered a Large version) and the flowers lasted barely 2 days. Realizing my mistake I ordered another arrangement from Dottie's. Same price point but twice the size, beautiful, and the flowers lasted for over a week. (The wife was much happier) Thank you Dottie! Highly recommend.

It’s my bf’s mom’s birthday today. I wanted to send flowers from a local shop to deliver since I reside in PHX. I called this morning since I had questions about what I saw online, and the gal was so helpful and kind. My bf’s mom received her flowers already and they’re gorgeous! Staff and products are fantastic! Update (August order): BF asked where I got the bouquet for his mom's birthday (back in April). He called in to make a bouquet order to be delivered same-day to his mom as a Thinking of You arrangement. My BF isn't an expert in flowers, but Dottie B's staff sure is. They beautifully gathered and arranged yellow and white flowers which were perfect for the occasion. Dottie B is staying as our go-to florist. Love from PHX, AZ.

They did an excellent job. I found them randomly on the Internet so wasn't sure exactly what I'd get. They sent the most beautiful arrangement....much more beautiful than the one pictured. Easy to navigate website. Delivery on time. Friends loved it!
